In edgy, when application (e.g.Synaptic) enables a button under mouse cursor,
it is necessary then to mouse-leave it and mouse-enter it again to make it
really
accessible. If user wouldn't mouse-leave it and mouse-enter it again, then
clicking
to this widget has no effect (it still seems to be disabled)
