Please sync libgetopt++ 0.0.2-p22-3 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:

This is simply restoring the package to Ubuntu - it was removed from Debian due
to no reverse deps; the reverse dep (config-manager) is back in Debian too, it
was removed due to confusion, not bugs or otherwise. libgetopt++ is a dep for
config-manager which is a dep for PQM, that users generally self install to use
with bzr.

  * No change upload to change maintainer - Adeodato has asked me to take it
    over.

libgetopt++ (0.0.2-p22-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Use quilt, and move bit about StringCollector.h out of .diff.gz.
  * Add patch to fix FTBFS with GCC 4.3. (Closes: #417351)
