Just installed Xvnc4 on hardy (64-bit) and am having this issue as well. I've even went as far as disabling all plugins in /apps/gnome_settings_daemon/plugins/ with the result still the same. I've done a lot of research and it seems this bug is plaguing a lot of people. Does anyone know if there is movement on this to try and get a resolution? If I can provide any necessary information, please let me know.
