Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

When I use the latest version of update manager to update my system, in
some cases it asks for my password twice. I'm pretty sure that it only
happens when there are both new packages to install and updates to
packages I already have installed on my computer, but I can't test this
right now because my system is up to date.
