Problem is that folks spread around such workaround without the rest ...
and even if they dont, users _will_ forget to do that and in a year
start filing odd bugs and you have a hard time to finally figure out
that they had a link ... and noone knows where that comes from.
Then, two years later and three more bugs like this, folks create links
even if they are struck by something completely different etc ... only
way out is to not give such hints in the first place -- yes, i know its
hard ...
