Left-clicking on gnome-power-manager 2.28.0 applet opens a menu where the menu items Suspend and Hibernate are missing. '~$ echo disk | sudo tee /sys/power/state; disk' hibernates this computer and I can thaw all right. '~$ echo mem | sudo tee /sys/power/state; mem' suspends this computer and I can resume all right.
