Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

There's been some major changes in update-manager lately, but the
translation template does not reflect that. What's worse is that even
strings that have not been changed at all do not show up translated,
like "Your system is up-to-date" or "Package information was updated X
ago". Very few strings appear translated and none of the new ones are
available for translation.

Using latest karmic updated just seconds ago with the latest translation
update.

update-manager 1:0.125.4 , translation pack 20090926.
