It seems to be due to the New Mail Icon add-on (running 1.2.4). When
running in gdb:

(gecko:12242): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid unclassed pointer in
cast to `GtkWidget'

(gecko:12242): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_get_display: assertion
`GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

(gecko:12242): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_x11_display_get_xdisplay: assertion
`GDK_IS_DISPLAY (display)' failed

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
