This is getting to be of interest to more people as displays are getting shorter and wider. It will soon be impossible to buy a traditional display with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The ads in my local discount electronic store indicate they do promote them any longer. This migration to wide aspect ratio displays make vertical space a premium. For this reason, users need to re-orient the tool bars along the vertical edges. Could someone please fix this ancient bug.
