Thank you, monday I do brief test.
I think my lot of problems related is pulseaudio/accessible profile
integration problem. Why say I this?
If pulseaudio is disabled (if accessible profile choosed during
installation, pulseaudio is completely disabled), impossible to change
volume values, or impossible launch gnome-volume-control application.
But Orca screen reader works fine if pulseaudio is disabled.
Why not good enable pulseaudio again? Because very slowest with
speech-dispatcher/orca speeching, produced very big latencyes with
speech output (3 or 4 secs). But volume increase or decrease works if
pulseaudio is running. What can I choose, or how can fixing this
situation? In accessible profile need disable pulseaudio.
I don't understand, why not setting the sound system with Alsa
automaticaly by default if pulseaudio is disabled. In Jaunty, I not see
this problems, this is Karmic specific situation.

Have you have ydea with my wify hardware switch?
Sorry if my comment is little offtopic with this bugreport subject, but
my short test show this disturb result.
