Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

while installing 9.10 beta on a machine containing windows xp and
windows 7, the installer only offers to import user profiles from the
windows 7 installation - the wizard does not display any profiles from
the xp installation.

the machine in question has windows xp and 7 installed, with 7 being
installed after xp, so the boot loader in question is the windows 7 boot
loader (which successfully boots both 7 and xp).

im not sure whether this is a bug or a feature request - its possible
the install script were never meant to parse windows 7 multiboot records
in order to detect the presence of additional windows installs
