I confirm the bug with Logitech V550 Nano wireless mouse, after upgrading to
Karmic Beta 1.
Catting /dev/input/mice does work.

Sometimes the mouse works after plugging the receiver into another port,
this happens randomly.

The mouse worked without any problems on Jaunty with kernels 2.6.28,
2.6.30 and 2.6.31.

There are no InputDevice sections in my xorg.conf.

I attach the lsusb and three Xorg log fragments: one from boot, which
does not handle the mouse, one for when the mouse is being detected
randomly, and one from Jaunty, when the mouse was working.
