Public bug reported: Kubuntu 9.10 beta 64bit, fresh install The updates today appear to have broken sound. Sound was working fine, but now on boot up, there is a dialog "removed sound devices" with "HDA Intel (ALC882 Analog)" grayed out. No sound from any apps that would normally produce sound.
