Hi, I have almost exactly the same problem as the person who report this bug, except I use Debian Sarge testing. The environment I use is Firefox 2.0.0.1 (Firefox is not modified version by Debian team), kernel 2.6.16.
I can use timidity (version: 2.13.2-7.1) to listen to midi file without any problem (there is sound.) However, when using plugin mozplugger (version: 1.7.3-6), I can not hear any sound produced through plugin. I am sure my sound card works because I am able to use mplayer, real player, xmms listen to music file without any problem or error. Sorry I do not know which log file I am able to provide, for having no idea how to debug this. If possible, please tell me what to do in order to log file when encountering this problem.
