It looks like the problem is that your router is emitting the host name
"noname" for all IP addresses and probably if you try to look up the IP
address for "noname" you get either an IP which is not your print server
or no IP at all (try "host noname"). Best is probably to configure the
router to let the server have a defined host name. Or you modify the
configuration of the queue on the client, replacing the "noname" in the
URI by the IP of your print server.

This is not a CUPS bug but a problem of your router.
