Same problem with RoverBook Voyajer V200 (aka Uniwill X201A Series). Yes, the problem was solved in kernel 2.6.24-19-generic (Bug 240243, I was the one who reported it). Unfortunately, I not often (if at all) use suspend/resume feature, so I can't say when the problem came back. Back then I tried to investigate the source of the problem and it seemed to be related to SATA controller, but I'm not sure -- it was more than a year ago.
