Public bug reported:
The live/install cd either needs to contain the reiserfsprogs package so
that a partition can be formatted reiserfs or a reiserfs partition that
exists can be used or the option to user reiserfs needs to be removed
from the installer and the users informed that they will need to re-
format their partitions previously formated with reiserfs. (like Home)
(found in both Ubuntu and Kubuntu beta CD's)
