Public bug reported:

The input-window for username and password disappears at startup. The
"loading"-windows appears and shows the hdd-symbol. Then nothing
happens. I am still able to enter my password but blind. After typeing
the password an pressing return the "loading" windows in kde start to
show the rest of the icons (desktop environment and the big K). Theses
icons will not appear fully they are blurry all the time. Then the
desktop loads and everything is fine.

No problem for my system because i am the only one one this machine but chaning 
the username on login would be difficult.
I post information about the login-package because i think this is the problem, 
if not please tell me witch package.
