Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Karmic Beta, i386.

Not all groups show up in the "Manage Groups" in
System->Administration->Users and Groups. Only "Root" and "<username>"
show up. If group "Users" is added, it is reported to already exist.

Furthermore, when trying to change a users Main Group, only "Root" and
"<username>" can be selected. In previous releases it was possible to
assign Main Group to a custom option, such as "Users", but this does not
appear in the list.

** Affects: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
