Public bug reported: Binary package hint: taxbird
Clicking on "Send data" does nothing and returns the following error: ** (taxbird:13918): CRITICAL **: global error handler called, damn. No backtrace available. ERROR: Value out of range 0 to 16: 50 There is a very simple fix available at the original debian package bug report ( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=545043 ), it just needs to get applied. This should be considered critical as the whole application is useless without this function. $ apt-cache policy taxbird taxbird: Installiert: 0.12-2 Kandidat: 0.12-2 Versions-Tabelle: *** 0.12-2 0 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/universe Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status $ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu karmic (development branch) Release: 9.10 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Fri Oct 9 09:12:58 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: taxbird 0.12-2 ProcEnviron: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-12.41-generic SourcePackage: taxbird Uname: Linux 2.6.31-12-generic i686 ** Affects: taxbird (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: taxbird (Debian) Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Tags: apport-bug i386 regression-potential -- Taxbird useless as it fails to send data: "ERROR: Value out of range 0 to 16: 50" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/446994 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
