Hmm, Rocko, sounds so good ;) I'm wondering if it's possible to backport
these patch(es?) into the kernel used by karmic (or is the change to
big?), since it seems that's a serious problem for most desktop users,
even my friends and relatives who are using ubuntu said, that ubuntu
went totally unusable because of performance (responsiveness under even
smaller loads) problems :( So I think at least, it's a quite serious
issue for desktop users.
