I have review the change log of kdebase-runtime and I went back as far as I could (Nov 2007) and found no changes. Personally I think the text outline format looks like it has come from the `90s. I never have used khelpcenter because I never have found it useful and even worse it seemed archaic. I would be surprised if even 5% of KDE users find this app of any use. I think that a totally revamped help center would be attractive to many. (Even Gnome has made reasonable improvements to their help system.)
