@ Vertago1, Can you suspend/resume before 2.6.31-13 kernel? I still don't know what is the exactly suspend/resume bug. Is audio card issue? You cannot use audio after resume or the audio card driver prevent it resume?
If it is possible, it would be great to then also test the latest upstream mainline kernel available. This will allow additional upstream developers to examine this issue.
