@TriggB, I suspect the apport may have got a false-positive, I cannot see why it was recording this as a kernel bug, I've gone through all the logs recorded in the bug report and cannot see any evidence of resume/hibernate failure or any kernel oops.
In fact, I cannot see any evidence that it went into hibernate. How do want to take this bug?
