Jon or anyone else experiencing this bug when using an ISO,
Can you please check that the MD5 checksum of the ISO you downloaded matches
the MD5 checksum provided on the Ubuntu website, following the instructions at
<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM>.
Also, can you please run the "Check CD for defects" test from the CD
boot menu.
This could be a bug in squashfs, but we'll need to first rule out the
possibility of data corruption.
