Public bug reported:
The battery of my laptop went critically low, and the hibernate process
started. The laptop was shutted down.
I plugged in the cable, started Ubuntu successfully, but I was immediately
given another "Battery critical" notification, and the laptop went into
hibernation again.
This cycle happened 3 times, after that the battery level was no more
recognized as "critical" and the laptop didn't go into hibernation again.
I suppose there's a trigger level, that activates hibernation even when
in power cord.
