This bug is split off from: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/435235 USB Keyboard is not recognized after boot up. Grub recognizes it. After hotplug, all is well. Mouse functions on same port the entire time. Keyboard is a IBM model M via PS/2 adapter.
