Hi, Chuck, No. meanwhile I temporary switched to OpenSuse for a week to try some Mono stuff that did not work on Ubuntu. After a week I switched back to Ubuntu since Ubuntu just works for day to day stuff. I did a fresh install and added the medibuntu repository. I just tried installing nmap. that works. And oh, nmap works too.
