I have tested it a few times, mainly because some (partial distribution) upgrades tend to ignore the locked version. The non double clicking of the channels does not prove to be a reliable solution here. Also the Kaffeine rewrite is missing some features I'm very keen on, like minimal mode and minimize to tray on close.
