** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: tomboy

Left-clicking on Tomboy's panel icon shows, among other things, a list
of notes (latest, pinned down, whatever). Just to the left of each of
- those notes there used to be an icon (if I'm not mistaken, the icon was
- identical to the one for the Tomboy app). As a matter of fact, the
- "Create New Note", "Notebooks" and "Search All Notes" menus also had
- icons next to them. Now those icons are just gone, and considering the
- white space there is to the left of those entries, I believe the icons
- are supposed to be there.
+ those notes there used to be a note icon.
+
+ Although the new default in GNOME 2.28 is to not show icons in menus
+ (see bug #407621 and https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=557469)
+ for things like actions, notes should have icons, as they are dynamic
+ objects.
