This bug contains enough information; that's not the issue. Apport retracing service provides plenty enough debugging information.
The problem here is that you are running 2.1.3, and this crash has been fixed since then. We at upstream can't really help with the issue that Ubuntu doesn't provide bugfix updates to stable versions of Ubuntu.
