This is a bad argument. It is not an argument at all. What is the sense
of a bootscreen? The sense is to have a clue about the progression of
the process and you have no clue with the actual bootscreen. With this
bootscreen, you can better remove it completly. Shure, bootscreens
aren't exactly at all, but as mentioned above, they give a clue. There
should be a visible progress, otherwise the whole thing is completly
senseless.

In my opinion, Agustín Dall'Alba is right and the Idea is really well.
