I´m using Feisty with all available updates on a HP NX6325 / AMD Sempron 3000+. 
Graphics is ATI 200M with fglrx, Network ist Broadcom 4311 with ndiswrapper 
(bcm43xx hangs System too) and Driver-Version 4.10. In Edgy the suspend to ram 
works very fine, but since using Feisty most times  the wake up fails. I got 
just the Power on Lamp and nothing else happens. Here´s my log from 
/var/log/messages:
