I believe this is a wish from linux community. There are many resources
on the internet to help beginners. Searching google using "linux for
beginners" brings approximately 1M results. With enough english anybody
can learn using this resources.

I also suggest you to read

to learn more about linux directory structure. I believe with good
search parameters, google and other web sites bring enough information.
This is how, many users learn to do things in Linux. With the help of
web community.
