Public bug reported:

Network Ethernet connection don't work properly if I don't mark "Enable
roaming mode"

I want to configure Network connection as "Static IP Address" so that I
unmark "Enable roaming mode" and select Configuration "Static IP
Address". Then I write IP direction, Mask and Gateway but when I accept
a message appears advising me that there is no connection. The only way
to recuperate my network connection is mark again "Enable roaming mode".

I have an integrated on motherboard nVidia network card. My motherboard
is ASROCK ALive N56G-DVI.

Sorry about my English, I hope you can understand my message.

Thanks.
