Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gsynaptics

"The package adobe-flashplugin needs to be re-installed, but I can't find an
archive for it"
Even though several methods to install the package "adobe flash plugin" was
used, none worke in Ubuntu 9.10
The non availability of this package seems to not make the 'Synaptic Package
Manage' work.

As such cannot add or delete any software package
