I have lost the various debug info (sorry - the wireless network died on
the LiveCD session) but this happened to me too.

Installing 9.10 RC, using the CD, on a Compaq Deskpro.

Same 'source "0x10(%esi)" (0x00000010) not located in a known VMA region
(needed readable region)!' error.

On restarting the PC after the installation finished, the partitions
took a very long time to mount, with much scrolling of error messages on
the graphical splash screen.
