Public bug reported: I'm using RTL desktop (Hebrew). When the desktop load all panels are rtl beside the kickoff panel which is shown as LTR. So, I try to re-run the plasma-desktop process. After kill and run the plasma-desktop process I get an RTL panel. When I did it again it return to LTR. Above are the commands output.
I load my desktop I got LTR panel.
