Public bug reported: Binary package hint: indicator-session
Currently, the indicator-session applet starts with the shutdown icon and changes to IM status icon when an IM app such as Pidgin or Empathy is started. The problem is: it does not change back to the shutdown icon when the app is closed. If the user closes the program by mistake or if it crashes, this might mislead him into thinking that he's still online. The icon should revert to the shutdown icon or, at the very list, to the "offline" icon when the all IM apps are closed.
