Fabio, you're supplied screenshot with the messed up notification-bubble looks like a known bug in xorg-xserver-video-ati. Do you have an ATI- based GPU in your laptop? Since I don't know yet what GPU is installed on your system, I'll provide the info I know regarding the ATI-driver related bug.
It occurs if XAA (instead of EXA) is used in combination with XRender- acceleration. The XAA-codepath in Xorg video-drivers is unmaintained by now and will not likely to see any further work. On such systems EXA should be enabled.
