Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

This problem only appears in this current week on my calender (Oct
26-30), and does not appear further down the calender, or earlier in the
calender.

The start times of all the appointments I have in my calender are
appearing as being 1 hour later than when they actually are. For
example: The current time is 9:55am CDT. I had an appointment that began
at 9:30am CDT. Evolution's calender reports the time correctly, however
the gnome-panel Clock reports the start time as 10:30am, and the
appointment reminder window never appeared before my appointment (even
though I have my alarms set for a 15min reminder, and to open a document
for me at the start of the appointment).

The situation is exactly the same for every other appointment on my
calender this week. however, next week's appointments all show the
correct times, as do the appointments from last week.

I have no idea how to reproduce this bug.
