Binary package hint: kde4base
Since Karmic Koala there is a regression Bug with the use of KDE with
gdm as Desktop Manager.
When using gdm and loging into KDE the only option remaining is logout.
No possibility to choose restart, shutdown etc.
I remember this bug in approx. release-2 but it was fixed.
It's back again since karmic (@ least alpha-4 to current RC1)
