Lemmiwinks, I was not trying to be arrogant. I was kind of frustrated. Its been a month since am having this issue and am not getting any solution. I am doing a kind of marketing for Linux too. I am from India and I have made so many Microsoft users to switch on to Linux. You would react the same if you are in my situation. A brand new computer and if it performs like a 10 year old computer...
