Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

I went to the NASA TV website this morning to try to watch the stream
for the launch of the Aeres I-X rocket but when the browser tried to
render the video section it completely borked the job. I was able to get
the page to work in both Chromium and Firefox, but as you can see in my
attached screenshot the attempt at rendering it in Epiphany (Webkit) not
only borked the job but the attempt bled all the way to the lower and
right hand borders of my browser window.

Ubuntu version: 9.10 with updates as of 9:30 am EDT today.
Epiphany version: 2.28.0-4ubuntu1
Chromium version: 4.0.226.0~svn20091026r30050-0ubuntu1~ucd1
Firefox version: 3.5.3+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu6

Multimedia Plugins (from Firefox's about:plugins):
libflashplayer.so - Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32
libtotem-gmp-plugin.so - Totem 2.28.1 plugin
mozplugger.so - MozPlugger version 1.12.1

STEPS:
1. Open web browser and navigate to NASA TV's web feed at
http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/index.html
2. Wait for feed to load in with the appropriate plugin

EXPECTED:
Feed loads and automatically begins playing

ACTUAL:
In Epiphany (Webkit) the attempt at loading the feed with the plugin loads with
a very definite problem that extends beyond the actual page area to the bottom
and right hand corner of the browser (with browser windowed.
