Binary package hint: network-manager
Network manager in feisty allows for static IP configuration, but when
it writes the configuration to /etc/network/interfaces, it leaves out
the keyword "static" on the line: iface eth0 inet static
This will cause the network not to go up. This is not wishlist like the
other bug because this is indeed a feature now of network-manager.
