*puts on MOTU-SRU hat* I think for the case of lmms, it could very well be appropriate to accept the package that Stefan uploaded into proposed, but I agree with ScottK in that I'd at least like an itemized list of bugs fixed by this new version, and some sort of verification procedure to proceed with testing the package.
