Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution-exchange

I've tried setting up the account through evolution preferences -> add
account and by running exchange-connector-setup-2.8 from the command
line. In both cases I get the same error: "Could not configure Exchange
account because an unknown error occurred. Check the URL, username, and
password, and try again.". Generally I connector to my server using the
URI https://ex.server.com/ (no exchange or OWA at the end) but after the
error, the entry in the server box has been changed to
https://ex.server.com/OWA/. In general I don't need to add the domain
login but I've tried three variations for entering the username 1. user,
2. DOMAIN\user (gets replaced by just user), 3. u...@domain. I always
get the same error.
