Public bug reported: I have a Lenovo X200 thinkpad laptop PC with a built in AT&T Mobile Connect card. When I first boot up, Network manager sees the card and I am able to connect with it. However, if I suspect and come out of suspend, network manager no longer sees the card and I'm required to reboot to connect with the card.
