Failed again this morning twice. Both times, it came from opening a program, the first time Thunderbird, the second time Firefox. Locks up completely, and does not allow any input from keyboard or mouse (keyboard is USB - Logitech), using Microsoft mouse this morning. Have to use reset button to get out.
