Public bug reported:

I tried to update my system using update manager. But suddenly the
update manager didn't work and there was one word in the terminal part
of the software that is "killed". I tried to force the software to quit
but the it couldn't and finally the entire system got crashed. I
couldn't do anything except forcing my system to shut down using the
power button. After I restart my system there was applet that indicate
crash status in my system and guide me to this website.
